Offline services in health education through mobile interactivity

Resumo


The technological intervention in the health area is well known and has been gradually increasing, whether in clinical decision or in re-education of patients and health professionals. In this way, the development of App solutions for mobile devices, help on training and continuing education of health professionals presenting an effective way of providing content to reach this audience.

Based on the current scenario, the educational health area is underfunded, to develop the health area was created an application for mobile devices called APP UNA-SUS, sponsored by UNA-SUS Amazônia project, enabling instant access to training, educational resources, news, among other features available on the portal UNA-SUS. The development of the application was based on Thinking Design methodology, consisting of research, market analysis, benchmarking, interviews with potential users, the scope definition and construction of information architecture, prototyping and coding wireframing and validation tests.

During the research phase a usability test and a questionnaire, usability testing will allow you to better understand user behavior (student or professional) of the health area in the use of mobile apps. The biggest benefits are in the creation of a single system, providing means of custom organization transmitting security through aesthetics, terminology and references.

The application of the questionnaire should enable the validation of terminology for use in the App UNA-SUS (study and teaching), In addition to knowing the habits of the target audience more used for research and the criteria of selection of resources beyond the relevance of a recommendation made by teacher.

The construction phase the main technologies used were Retrofit in library for http request; Jsoup in library for converting html to text; Picasso in library to load images and Circle Image an ImageView fast circular ideal for profile images.

Therefore, the application development offers innovation through unique content the portal exposed in an orderly manner and with interactive features, facilitating access to training and custom information, in addition to focusing on the end user, highlighting the practical aspects, such as the usefulness, ease of use and effectiveness of interaction system that fits the user input for content recommendations by evaluating the interaction and functionality through an interface responsive and aesthetically pleasing.
